Before Shipment

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.

• Email requests (info@whitmanswraps.com) are accepted, but please note that replies may take up to 1–2 business days, and the order may ship before your email is processed.

After Shipment

• Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Instead, you may return it under our 60-day money-back guarantee (customer responsible for return shipping).

Refunds for Canceled Orders

• Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
